ゾーンで区切られた壁が空間の役割を変える

この住宅は、壁を「閉じる装置」ではなく、「意味を変える境界」として捉えた住まいである。
用途や機能によって空間を分割するのではなく、壁によって場の質そのものが変化していく構造を採用している。

空間はシームレスにつながっている。
しかし、傾斜をもった屋根、角度を振った壁、自然光の取り入れ方の違いが、
それぞれのゾーンに固有のリズムとテンションを与えている。
その変化こそが、この建築の真のテーマである。

平面構成は、三つの大きなゾーン----パブリック（LDK）、セミパブリック（ワーク・浴室）、プライベート（個室群）----に緩やかに分節されている。
だがそれは、ドアや壁による単純な区切りではなく、斜めに交錯する壁面と、自然素材の切り替え、天井の高さの差異といった「感覚の設計」によってなされている。

建物外周に配置された袖壁や深い軒下は、視線の制御と同時に庭との親密な関係性を構築する。
とりわけ南面に設けた濡れ縁は、内と外を接続する中間領域として機能し、家族の活動をやわらかく屋外へと誘導する。

都市のスカイラインと農的な緑の間に立地するこの建築は、「風景をどのように取り込むか」と同時に、「風景にどう背を向けるか」という問いにも応えている。

外壁は木と白のコンポジション。
直線的でありながらどこか人懐こい表情を持ち、時間とともにその質感が変化していくことを意図している。
内部は左官、木、石、金属をバランスよく配し、素材の差異が空間の役割をナチュラルに示唆する構成としている。

この住宅は、壁で"隔てる"のではなく、壁によって意味を与え直す試みである。
すべての壁が、単なる構造体ではなく、空間の役割を変えるトリガーとなるとき、
建築は機能以上の豊かさを獲得する。その連続と変化の中で、住まい手は自らの暮らし方に新たな輪郭を与えることになる。

This house is not a "closing device" but a "boundary that changes the meaning" of the walls.
Rather than dividing the space according to use or function, the structure is designed so that the quality of the place itself is changed by the walls.
The spaces are seamlessly connected.
However, the sloping roof, the angled walls, and the different ways of letting in natural light
give each zone its own unique rhythm and tension.
This variation is the true theme of the architecture.
The floor plan is loosely divided into three major zones: ---- public (LDK), semi-public (work and bathroom), and private (private rooms).
However, these zones are not simply divided by doors or walls, but rather by "sensory design," with diagonally intersecting walls, the use of natural materials, and differences in ceiling heights.
Sleeve walls and deep eaves placed around the perimeter of the building control the line of sight and at the same time create an intimate relationship with the garden.
In particular, the wet-edge on the south facade functions as an intermediate area between the inside and the outside, softly guiding the family's activities to the outdoors.
Located between the urban skyline and the agricultural greenery, the building answers the question of "how to take in the landscape" and at the same time, "how to turn one's back on the landscape.
The exterior walls are a composition of wood and white.
It is intended to have a linear yet somehow friendly expression, and its texture will change over time.
The interior is a well-balanced composition of plaster, wood, stone, and metal, with the differences in materials naturally suggesting the role of the space.
This house is an attempt to give meaning back to the walls, rather than "separating" them with walls.
When every wall is not merely a structure, but a trigger that changes the role of space,
the architecture acquires a richness that is greater than its function. In the process of continuity and change, the inhabitants will be given new contours to their own way of living.
